Curse of elements in pve
So today I've been told that curse of elements does not give +13% spell damage in pve (wotlk)
The guides that I remember reading few years ago all stated that it does. Can anyone clarify this please? Should it give +13% dmg, is it bugged or not?
Please no guesses, post if you're (almost) sure or tested yourself.

Most likely you will have Unholy DK or Boomkin and you wont be needed to use CoE, so dont worry so much! But I can confirm that CoE gives 13% more dmg in PvE!

It should and it does give it. Idk who told you that and why.
And yes, if you have a boomkin on UDK in the raid you'll just use Curse of Doom anyway.

Go on a dummy, unequip every single item and have 0 buffs, use Corruption or Curse of Agony on a dummy once and then do the same with CoE up. You should see damage increase.
