Stuck in Gilneas

Hi,

Today my new rogue character stuck in gilneas at 9lvl where I was about to do quest to kill 30 wargens on the horse with bombs, but quest is not there, I can't do anything. I would not care about it, but when I created this character I bought 2 heirgloom items for him from website with points, so I spend 100 points and those Items now stuck in emailbox and I can't even take it out.

I already submitted ticket, but no asnwer, If possible I want that quest to be fixed or just to get those points or heirgloom items back so I could create new character.
