i buyed race change for my panda char cause i noticed that pandas are bugged and cant enter some area-s due to idk why ( same like old tauren bug ) and when i come ingame i get this msg

hahah that would be awsome but imposible because you need to be 40+ lvl for race change and by then u as panda already chose a faction
