Account Recovery

Hi,

I recovered characters to instant 80 after the first Molten-wow crisis. Then I stopped playing for a good ½ year or so. I now came back and my account no longer exists at all, or at least I can't log in to it, but I can't make a new one with the same name, as that name is taken. So how do I access the account I once had, and are the 80s I had still there?

My old account: CARDK
My wife's account: MARASK

Please help the best you can.

Hi, Did you do the recovery process twice? after the first crash it recrashed and everyone had to repeat the process again. Also, are you accounts donor accounts? non donor accounts get deleted after so long. I would also recommend you submit a ticket as the staff might be able to check into it better then I can :)
