Buying turtle

im level 40, human and i want to buy turtle. my questions is where can i buy turtles and if i can buy it when i human and level 40?

If you are talking about WoTLK, the only place where you can “buy” a turtle is in the Marketplace.

I talked about MoP, do you know about it?

dude you cant buy it in the game but you can try to fishing in some places like deepholm and if you are lucky you finde a turtle !

On MoP you can buy a turtle from the Panda's faction vendor in your major city. Buy the cata portals if your alli and by the Auction house in the very north if your in Orgrimmar
