Which realm is which gameplay ??!?

Hey everyone,
I was on AT back then and i'm looking for a realm like AT, instant level and basic stuff on Wotlk or Cataclysm.
Informations are really hard to find on the website and on the forum regarding these infos.

AT and Molten have merged their servers. At the moment, the things you're looking for you can find on 2 realms, Blackrock - Wotlk and Warsong - Cataclysm.
