Account(s) info

Ok so I stopped playing for quite a while now (more than 1 year, probably 2 ), and a lot has changed but I remember having around 3-4 accounts.

Now I know the passwords, I have a combination of 3 different ones, using letters and numbers, etc, the usual, and i've tried everything but it won't work, and the emails I had say there are no accounts bound to them.

The thing is when I try to create new accounts with the names I had, it says its already in use, so the accounts still exist at least, but I have no way to recover them since neither email seems to work for them, i also know the emails i've been using, yet they say they dont have anything.

The reason I'm asking here and not straight to a GM is to see if there is anything that you guys thing can be done.

Also if it helps: I haven't logged on since before it was warmane, even then it was a long time ago, BUT! all accounts were premium.

Make sure you are using gmail email addresses as your account info. It is very common for people trying to recover old accounts to forget that they have silly requirement here of use of gmail account. So you probably have created 3-4 gmail accounts just for the purpose of making moltenwow accounts and now you have forgotten them forever and we've lost you as a player (common). Else if you remember them, make sure you are using those email addresses when trying your passwords.

Well no, when I created them there was no need to use gmail at all, this was in 2010 or 2011 can't remember, it wasn't a requirement from what I recall.

I have tried to see if I still have registration emails on all of them (yahoo & hotmail) but one was purged, gone forever, 1 was lost but recovered, yet all emails were gone, and the rest had long long cleansed old emails, so realistically I don't think i'll ever see those again, I'll try to see if I created gmail accounts, but I doubt it, I only ever had 2 and never used them for gaming registration.

i have the same problem , got 4 old accounts , cant recover, can anyone tell me or send me the address of accounts recovery page?

now there no recovery link present on the forum or web site .......if u want your account then make a ticket some warmane staff will help ...tell you the solution to recover your old account ... this is a last option for old account recovery ...

I feel loke I enjoyed the accounts and my next plan is to play on lordaeron (again) but i would still like to have the accs back even if for prestige value since they're old ones.:p ill wait and see what happens but my hopes aren't high

Just make support ticket on website with all acc info and that is it.

Im trying to make a support ticket containing a lot of info but I get an error saying its too long, has invalid characters... how do I know which one is it? and what does it consider invalid characters?

i have one question regarding the old account recovery, is it true that they can only recover ur accounts but not ur characters on that account? cuz i just recoverd one of my own , but when i log in the game using that account, the characters on that account are not there, anyone know the reason?

The characters were lost, accounts and account history were kept.

so basically ,we have to make a new char and start all over?
