My guild cant lvl up can somebody tell me why?
Guilds can level up, the bar just doesn't show progress. I suggest having people do a bunch of daily quests and you'll see it go up in level in a few days.

Visual like they said before me, but I would also add that it is very slow to level a guild with few people and nearly impossible on your own even on x7 exp server like Frostwolf.
