That has been happening years ago. Not sure if it's still possible. And with current drop chances it would take years of doing Ulduar every week to get the fragments so it's probably not worth it.
So each 25 boss has lower than 10% drop rate or only heroic modes drop shards here?Quote:

I don't know exact drop rates but they seem too low. Hard modes also don't seem to make it better. You can get like 1 fragment per 5 full raids.
oh damn. I thought i can squeeze like 3-4 shards per run. damn it.
