Server changed location?

Did they change the server location? My ms is is the same as the other wrath servers that are located east europe... 200...

I believe it did. The former location was Paris, isn't it ? Because I live there, and I have higher ms for some time too.

i live in germany and i have 18 ms .. coincidence? i think not
