Ghoul issue

Weird, I log on since.. hmm 4-6 months for a first time and I cannot summon my ghoul on the dk! It said spell isnt ready yet ^^ any ideas?

Go buy some Corpse Dust/Powder (whatever the name is) from a reagent vendor.
