Is the Eye of Eternity instance open on Ragnaros and Deathwing and if it isnt,why?
It's open, but it's bugged. Tried it tonight. At the beginning of Phase2 everyone gets a WoW error.
People also say that Drakes at Phase3 have no spells, so you can't kill Malygos, even if you somehow reach that phase.
