Help me! No arena points!

Hello,
as I said in the title, I got no arena points this week, my team had like 40-44 games played last week,
the counter is resetted but got no points. I`ve got 1802 rating that means 580 points.
I don`t even know how is this possible, I contacted a GM ingame, he couldn`t do anything.
Please check what happened... these are lots of points, and I don`t have weeks to waste, how can I continue playing if I don`t know that I will get the points..

thanks, but I have participated in 100% of the games, and did not leave any of them before the end.
