Crazy lag in game

Hello everyone, I've nearly lost my all hopes on playing in this server....
Here's the story
Today I came back to Warmane(AT) I had the coins and leveled my warlock to 80, everything went smooth, I was excited, till I started to use my action bars, i feel a bit delay, but I thought it still can be fine.. till I entered bg, my ms from 110 went to 600 in one minute, normally when I just log I have 30-50ms, my internet is great, everywhere else I have perfect connection.. but here.. I don't know what's wrong, I tried disabling addons, checking internet, but everyone says that its my internet connection, I went to other servers+ retail, I have perfect ms , I really want to play here, but It seems that I can't cause I see enemy in bg and 3 seconds later Im dead cause I'm lagging soo damn much, I'm not even able to cast spells..
Please anyone help me, tell me something, that would magically fix this, maybe there is a specific launcher, but I haven't seen any.. Thanks for everything, hope to be playing here.
