Looking for guild

I'm looking for guild that doesn't require me to have ICC HC knowledge as I started to play wotlk like 2 weeks ago and didn't do hc yet.

I tried to find raiding guild that won't require me to have knowledge already but it's not problem for me to learn, but i find it ridiculous to ask me for hc experience cus as I said i started to play recently, if there's any guild like this arround i'd like to join.

Ah, I forgot to mention, I'm human retri paladin currently 5.4k gs, for more information whisper me in game "Flexostexos" or post here :)

One thing I can tell you, there are some guilds you should avoid, even tho they accept people without much knowledge. One of them is Nameless, do not join that guild. The GM is a pure *******.

If you are looking for casual ICC, go with The Outcast, I dont know their progress, but they are friendly.
