I'm fairly sure like 8 people (maybe even more) on horde have it, but I haven't seen anybody on ally with it yet. Can anyone confirm if any Alliance Players have it?

Zeekz 70K.
I don't know people with more, there should be like 3 people with like 85K...
Navyswat is at 6.5K Achievement points...
