Hello!
Four days ago I payed 24 coins for Knight-Captain's Satin Tunic Set. It is 60 lvl Classic Priest Transmog Set. The problem is I can't transmog it to my gear. May I ask where is the problem? Why there are items in coins shop wich cannot be used properly? I am very dissapointed, what is the solution? Is there any way to use this set as transmog, if not I would like to refund my coins.
I've made ingame ticket. After 2 days of waiting I got an answer: This is not In-game problem, please make a ticket at our website - and they provided me a link - https://www.warmane.com/account/support. I've made ticket from this site. There ware only 2 options how to make this ticket - Ban Appeal or Account Recovery. You cant make it in unnamed category. I chosed to make it on Account Recovery. (I tryed to find something about making ticket at other category as Refund an item, but there is nothing helpfull at this topic - http://forum.warmane.com/showthread....e-Ticket-Guide ). So again after another 2 days of waiting I got an answer: "We're unable to assist with in-game issues such as this via this system - this is account recovery support only. I suggest you refer to the Warmane Forums for information, advice & discussions surrounding in-game topics. Alternatively, submit a ticket in-game regarding this issue & a GM will assist as soon as possible."
So WHAT shoud now I do? I made in-game ticket - you told me to make site-ticket. I made site-ticket - you told me to make in-game ticket. So from my point of view this is one closed cyrcle wich wont help me to resolve my problem. May I get some real help in here?
