So i've done over 60 games in my team, 100% of them were mine. And for some reason when the flush happened i did not recieve my arena points. I made a ticket ingame, but GM said that they don't care and that i should make a bug tracker post about it, but how can i make one when i don't even know why that happened... Did anyone else not recieve their arena points or know the reason that happened so i would not waste my time again?
The minimum amount of games played must be 30%-33%, in order for you to get points. Your team mates might have played lots of arenas the day before the flush, and you dropped below 30% games and you shouldn't get points. If you have 100% games played and you didn't get points, this is a 100% bugg and you should report it in the bug tracker. You know what must happen when you have 100% games played - you must get points. However you did not. So you report the situation and it is their job to figure out why it did nor work properly. As for your last question: I have never had such problem before, but i would have made a ticket to GM as you did and then make a bug report as you had being told to do. Then you have to wait for a fix. I'm not saying that it will continue to bother you and your team mates, but i could be a random bug, meaning that this week 10 teams are screwed, the nex week 10 different teams are bashed etc. Just play your arenas normally, for the next two weeks, and if it occurs again, update the bug report. Not getting points in two weeks in a row or even in three sucks hard and requeres a solution from the dev team. In order to decreese the the amount of unluck, just make sure you get 1 win at RBG for 25 arena points. PvPers actually do this non-stop, I did it as well, when i was still active. :D Hope it won't happen again. :)Quote:
