(BG) Is this exploit/bug allowed?

At Warsong Glutch (Frostwolf, Mist of Pandaria) - at the top of horde building you can set up a demongate where enemy players cant attack or/and reach you

They remainend untouched till they decided to go a run to capture the flag - with their geared healer all the time

I wont report players anymore, they never get banned once when i report them - you can do that in my case

i think that's smart lol, i don't see why it is an exploit using a spell you have + take better screenshots because u just took a picture of a wall

It is an exploit and a bannable offense at that to go to unreachable places with the use of bugged spells (on retail it would not be possible).
