So I have a friend their account gets hacked. Their char is seen on daily ever since its been hacked, so ip addy can be tracked obviously. My friend has a family member write a ticket in game stating the problem at hand. The GM gets back to them saying you need to log onto the website and write your complaint there. So they do that to be told that there is nothing that can be done. When I heard this I was like oh no this can't be true. There is so much that can be done. You guys ban all day long for hacking. So what you guys are saying now is that no ones account is safe? That we should all be worried. That we should all rethink all the time and money spent playing this server and take it elsewhere. Cause honestly who wants to support something that doesn't offer any sort of security. He just finished being fully grievous too. So that just puts the icing on the cake. Lots of hard work went into that account. How can you sit there and say nothing can be done? I don't believe it. Its sad I have to come on here and make my claim on the issue like this. This post shouldn't have had to be made. This is all around just horrible.
