Spy Add On not Annoucing Hordes to Local Defense??

I tried using Spy Add On to announce Hordes to the alliance's local defense at the Shrine, but it didn't work :( It worked in the Guild Chat, though. Is announcing to the local defense disabled?

It is not a cheat, if hordes became angry and reported it. It works on retail and just sees who is nearby, also rogues cannot be detected unless they appear in the combat log. This happens when they caste stealth or an attack bc it shows in the log. Not a cheat. It works perfectly on retail, also. I will try to reinstall it though and see if that fixes it...
