LK and Cata IPs and Ports

Could anyone provide me with the server IPs and Ports for LK and Cata? My Internet admin for the whole building blocked login and access to many things and is willing to give me an exclusion, but I need the above info for him to include it in the firewall options. Please help :C

With the WoW client you want the information for open and logged in...

Resource Monitor -> Network -> Network Activity + TCP Connections.
