Can I faction change more than once? Or will the currently character get locked to the faction after first faction change?
Yes, you are able to faction change multiple times, I dont think there is cap to that.
Note:
Soon our vote points will be reset. You will NOT be able to faction change with points until the new system gets announced and by then it may not be feasible.
As such, choose your faction carefully, as you may be stuck with it for a while (up to a month even!)
