I have a problem with worgen storyline. I can't pick up banner from quest "Introductions are in order", banner is empty. I have asked a lot of people, but nobody has this problem before.

If all else fails, maybe try remaking your character? The Gilnean storyline doesn't take that long, especially on this server.
