For some reason my addons option to select or enable my addons is not there . I don't know why this is can someone help?

For some reason my addons option to select or enable my addons is not there . I don't know why this is can someone help?
Make sure your addons are within your Interface -> Addon folder.
So that each addon is within its own individual folder.
Like so.
...\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\Bartender4
