balance druid is underestimated and underplayed yet they have the ability to top DPS charts like crazy and do 3 shots
the rest i dont really play but Druid in cataclysm are pretty good Druid healers are best HoT healers i believe and Feral's are op with their stuns and interrupts and a couple of bugs on their bleeds effect
In DS Balance is shunned, it's dps is the lowest of all Range classes. Ferals do nice dps but there are a few fights that you can't get behind bosses i.e Ultra and Madness. But they do pretty nice DPS when they can.
Basically if you want to DPS go Feral but expect some frustrating fights and Resto is a nice healer to have in a raid.
