pls help

hi im new , i have a problem every time i open the game i need to accept the terms and configure again my graphis and all things like the first time , why i have this problem every time i open the game pls some1 help me pls

when i was trying to login game i couldn't and every thing changed on my login screen like , cinematic where shown to me and accepting things , it was like the first time i downloaded the game

Right click your WoW client, Click on Properties, then at the bottom look for 'Read-Only'. Uncheck that box, then log in and accept all the Terms and Conditions again and that should be the last time it happens
