Duel reset coldowns.

Hi everyone! I'd like to talk about possibility to have CD reset after duels.It does take lot of time to wait for CD's after duels.
Thaat would be great if 'Warmane' team could sort out this problem on Ragnaros.(I don't know about other realms,mybe it works there.)

been suggested before and denied. although i can't recall the reason.

I can already see the 1000 ghoul armies in world PvP.

This is a comically bad idea.
