Lordareon

After some research I found the following info about Lordareon:
Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor release at launch
Outland release 1 month after launch
Northrend release 2 months after launch
Death Knight release 2 months after launch
This is great it simulates an expansion release but I would like to ask: Within the first month of release when there is only Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor content will all the vanilla dungeouns and raids be scripted and released, same goes for when Outland gets released will all the TBC raids and dungeouns be working.
