Account irrecoverable

Hi,
I've created this account a few months ago and only only now I discover from my friends I should have 25 coins for an old account reactivated but I didn't recive that because two of my old accounts (Molten's account: whiselas; AT's account: Wyzard) have not been recognized. In-game one of Gm's team said me He can't help me. Can you give me back this coins/points please.

You have to make a support ticket on website here to recover your Molten account. Then you can merge your AT account with it on AT site.
