Fraudulent payment?

So I donated yesterday, got to play for about 15-20mins and then noticed I was banned. Reason being is a fraudulent payment well seeing as how the money was taken out of my account and i had received my coins not sure why it happened.

Does anyone know hot to go about dealing with this? if so a reply would be great.

I have already opened a ticket still waiting a response and opened a ticket with paymentwall still no luck there either just seeing if there is anything else i can maybe do to speed up the process

nothing more you can do, just gotta wait for a reply to your tickets.
