mounts bought with points.

Why are the ashes of alar available to be bought with points. then after you spend your points on them it tells you, you cant use that item. I want my points back because that was not clearly stated in ANYTHING I looked up about this particular mount. I saved my points for 17 days for this mount and now i cant use it nor can i spend all those points on other things. Also what good are mods and gms if they are not accessible unless you are already in their private group? For that reason alone I will not donate to a server where you can not speak to someone. AND I WANT MY POINTS BACK BEFORE SEPT 1 SO I CAN USE THEM ON SOMETHING I CAN ACTUALLY USE.

What's the problem with that mount? You dont say it anywhere. Guess you already have riding skill, right? : p

1st of all, the mount works fine. as long as you have the required riding skill. i have it on 1 of my toons.
2ndly, shouting in all caps doesn't help you any, it just makes you look like an *****.
and 3rdly, there is no support for the voteshop. all purchases are final, doesn't matter if you can't use the item, if its for the wrong race, or if you simply don't get it ingame.

2 days ago, I bought a bronze drake with my points. However, I never received the item. Can I still get it?
