RPPM trinket so it doesnt always work if you want it too vs ICD trinks (SPA one is really good just reforge the chunk of hit to mastery)
but the base mastery boost is goddamned OP and when it does proc, ppl report u for critting 160k-180k on full griev ppl.
And the gnoes daze enemy units and tick 6-9k per gnome, i'd say go for it.
