Hey guys, this is my first post here, so I'll be short.
I just made it to 80 on deathwing with death knight, and I have 110 points and wishing to spend some...
What should I buy, should I buy weapon/s, trinkets, some kind of gear or something like that...
I just want to start playing as 80 at last.. I am wishing to play pvp and pve, but I will probably start as dps pve.
Any tips? I'll be really thankful.
buy a trinket and a 1h weapon with your Points the other weapon you can buy a battered hilt from the AH and for the gear as you farm PoS/FoS you'll get a full Ilevel 219 plate gear
I'd suggest doing some research into your character (for like end gear stuff and abilities) and what armors are available that suit whatever play style you want to go for first. Don't get armor that raises stats your character doesn't even need, and don't buy gems that won't benefit your character at all sort of thing.
That sort of thing, then, using that knowledge, go forth and do some research into whatever is the best you can get.
I'd suggest weapon/trinket first though. I mean, even if you get armor first, your weapons gonna suck for a bit. If you get weapon first, your armors gonna suck for a bit.
Up to you really what to go for first.
depends what spec. I'd suggest Frost, its lay-back-and-chill.
If you go frost you can get one hand weapons pretty easy, hor n/hc, fos hc, battered hilt. Just get those 2.6speed or slower.
I'd suggest one trinket, and plate boots or neck for vote points.
First thing you buy is Sigil for 25eot, then 2 cheapest t9 parts to get set bonus. Those will be nice for PvP too.
By the time you are 4parts t9 and some offset epics you may have already 60 EoF's(do daily heroic and weekly raid quest) so do VOA every week and hope for drop, that can boost your progress nicely, 2 parts from each set is super good.
With t9 you can start(I'd suggest not only to "I lok some vid on youtube, Iknaow taktikz", but actually read boss spells and understand what is expected from you, know why you are doing what you are doing, any addon that shows boss spell timers are super useful too) farm ICC/RS 10mans as DK's damage just jumps up at that gear, just get in guild with raid time you can attend.
Remember, don't look at gearscore, your guide to power is set bonuses, keeping expertise, hit rating at caps(better over cap then under). I suggest go for 11% spell hit cap, that is 285(or around that) hit rating and 26 expertise. (sorry to say, but on Warmane community it will make harder to get in raids, while you will be much stronger than any DK that just stacks gearscore like sheep)
Get Atlasloot addon, you can make "wishlists" there and look every dungeon drop, so you can target items better and know where to put more effort to get in for reward.
