So I bought a character rename on a different account. I type in the name of my character and click accept/ok button type thing. And it just says "Renaming Character..." It's been like this for about 30 min, I tried canceling and relogging and it keeps doing that. Am I just impatient? Or how long does it take to rename a character?
;-; Tried changing the name again and name still won't change. Anyone out there knows what to do? ;-;
It's happening to me too. I just want to play my old characters!

So if you're still having problems, if the name changing lasts longer than 5 seconds it's name is usually already taken. So relog to try again. Also disable all addons. If it still takes to long press Alt F4 after doing the above and log back in and it should had changed it. Also make sure to double check the name you want in the armory so you know if the name is taken.Quote:
