Issues with the website store

Hello all, recently started playing and using the store close to a week ago. Anyways, I have been trying to purchase a mount from the store (Swift Moonsaber) and I had enough points to buy it and did so but it never arrived to the character I bought it on or any other characters. Here's a screenshot of my purchases ( http://i.imgur.com/LNWjsER.png ) and yes I did buy it twice to ensure that it was an error with the store. I'm not sure if this is a point reset issue or not but I did read about being about to purchase things with points through the 1st-5th. Beware of using the store with points, it's obviously an error atleast with this item and maybe even with other items within the store.

Items always arrive, within 30minutes of purchase (its usually less <3m though).
So, if they had not arrived : You selected wrong realm/character, you deleted the mail.
I would open a ticket if you still didn't get them.
