PvP Titles

So what is the way to get some of the PvP titles in Cata? Examples being Private, Sergeant, Grand Marshal, so on and so on....

I remember that after so many kills in WotLK even with just BG's you would eventually go up the ladder with the PvP title, but I'm not sure how it works with Cata.

I believe it's obtained as you get rated bg rating. There should be "achievements" related to rated bg's. You can see there how much rating you need.
