So I'm new to Wotlk, and I want to try out Lordaeron. Now what class would be the best to try it out?
I heared Paladin's are really good in healing & Dps.
(Btw, I am mainly intrested in PvE for wotlk :) )

If you're PvE oriented you would be best off either going for any tank/heal class or warlock as dps or something. Paladins are great but there will be more than plenty of them around.
But best to try out? Something new for you I guess, try uncharted territory and just enjoy the game. It's always boring to pick up something you've already played, no matter how good it is. Atleast for me.
I've never played wotlk so yeah... :P I tried out warrior (wich i mained in cata & MoP here and on MoP retail and its a world of diffrence with Wotlk)
Edit: I am more then willing to spent my time in a class but I dont want to discover in the end that its actually a useless class compared to other classes.
It all depends on what you´re into/looking for..
But yes, paladins does have a pretty good dps, and high singletarget heals. :-)
Well I would like to healing and/or dps, I've a ltittle less intrest in tanking but I am not crossing anything away since i never PvE'd on Wotlk :D
So is Pala a good class to try out? Or is there a better class to start with?
I don't know that :D:D:D I know that certain class on average just are less wanted in Cata & MoP :D
You've never played wotlk but what I meant is that if you've played a melee like warrior then maybe try out a ranged dps or healing, you know where im going :P and the poster below you is right, there is no useless class.
I´d say go with the first impression.. If you find out the class arent for you anyway, simply ask yourself why, and pick a new one from what you learned q:
In PvE, there are only a few things that are considered "useless", or just generally disliked.
Assassination & Sub Rogues
Enhancement Shamans
Protection Warriors
Destruction Warlock
Blood DK for dps (for tanking, is fine)
BM & Surv Hunters
Except for the Rogue specs I mentioned, everything is viable and workable, honestly. People only get super serious about those things when going into 25-heroic ICC or RS (Icecrown Citadel and Ruby Sanctum).
Pretty much anything else is great. Honestly speaking, I wouldn't worry about it. Every class has at least 1 spec that people don't mind doing raids with.
Shamans don't fare so well on DPS, but any of the other healer classes have excellent and highly desired DPS specs. DPS Shamans will only ever be wanted purely for the Bloodlust/Heroism, and most organized raid groups are going to prefer a Resto Shaman over a DPS Shaman. All 3 Paladin specs are highly desired. Disc & Holy Priest are great, and Shadow Priests can do a lot of DPS while doing fairly decent raid healing (through vampiric touch). Resto Druids are great, too. Boomkins are usually the preferred Druid DPS because of Typhoon (useful against a number of boss mechanics, especially for heroic raiding content), but Feral and Balance are both capable of great DPS.
You still have over 2 weeks to decide. Take your time. I'd suggest logging on Blackrock and testing out talents and spells to gain a familiarity of what each class can do. Of course, you can't pve there, but it gives you instant access to a max level character, with which you can play around with - on a training dummy if necessary.
assasination rogue has huge dps if he doesnt move alot
If you're new to WotLK I'd suggest a pure DPS class: rogue(Combat), huntard( Survival), mage(Arcane / Fire), warlock(Destruction). Each stated class and spec are pure dps and simple; a good starting point, imo.
