I got to honored by doing quests, I did 3k quests for Seeker don't remember exactly which ones gave the rep, so atm I think it is impossible to get exalted, and the tabard doesn't work.
Yes I tried the tabard and did most of the working dungeons. Even solo-d a few of 90 lvl ones to see if I can get it that way but I'm still at Friendly 100/6k -.-
