Disconnect from server every time on character selection page

Hi guys,

I am the new player on Neltharion server.

I can login and connect to the server. But when i try to create a new character, around 15-20 seconds the server will bring me back to the login page.

Then tell me "you have been disconnected from the server". I tried so many times and it got the same result.

Is there any way to fix this issues? Thanks

After i tried to reinstall the game, everythings solve now. thanks
