I saw some chars have the 'Bloodsail Admiral' title and i just got "Insane" so i want to bang this out BUT...
no more rep at Booty Bay...
no rep from killing High Admiral Shelly...
AND i cant even find the guy named Jazzrik
so what do i have to do to hit exalted and get back to purchasing my 'Noggenfogger'?!!
To get the title you have to complete quest chain from a pirate ship south of Booty Bay. You don't have to be exalted with them.
What expansion are you on, because on Frostwolf / Mists of Pandaria it is currently bugged.
