Old Player Attempting to Return... Disappointed with the staff..
Hello everyone,
I have been on a long WoW break and last night I was thinking about getting back into WoW.
So I went to the only private server that I felt was worth a dam MoltenWoW only to find out that it was hijacked.
From doing my research I saw that they still had the donation information and simply moved over to a new name and that we could get our donations back with a ticket.
I went to submit a ticket but it was only for ban appeals so that option was out of the question.
PMed a few forum mods to find out that because I was not actively keeping myself updated on MoltenWoW I am getting screwed out of my $1,000+ in donations. Why am I being punished because MoltenWoW's security system was flawed and they failed to inform the community?
They had the donation information so they clearly had my email. Why was I never sent an email informing me of this issue?
If this is the way that supporters are going to be treated over at Warmane I'm glad that I found out before I ended up donating more money into this server.
