I just tried moving a toon but when it comes to selecting a realm to move it to, Deathwing doesn't appear in the drop-down menu. Have transfers been temporarily disabled until the vote point shop rework?

Transfers from DW to Rag wasn't available since the re-launch.
I meant from Ragnaros to Deathwing*. That was a mistake in the title.
