Can't create new account with the current Email

Hello

Recently i tried to make a new account on Warmane but it said that i already have an account(Molten) so i tried to recovery the account name and password but it didn't work for some reasons

I follow the steps to make a ticket but the only tag is Ban appeal
Can you help me restore/Reactivate my older email?

Account restoration is no longer possible,but you gotta ask Edifice/Kaer if they can do something about ur e-mail.

just add a random peroid in your email address. you'll still receive msg's from warmane.
