Account recovery

I've been trying to recover my account this past week, to no avail despite much effort.

Now I've created a new account and tried to submit a ticket.

I can't even do that cause the system forces me to select ban appeal, and choose which character that was banned.
Thus, unable to send the ticket.

So I have no other choice but make this in the support section.

I would very much like some help from a warmane staff member.

It's not possible to recover accounts anymore.
