SPell pene

DOes spell pene works on dw ? if works how much u need it on molten ?

There were discussions about it, I however run 100 just incase.

I knew about 3 gems and the back enchant as spell pen cap.

Just go for 130 spell penetration. The damage reducing effect works but your spells will never be fully "resisted" on Deathwing.

Full resistances do not work but if you don't have enough spell penetration a % of the damage you do will be resisted. If you are a spriest, a good cap is 130, the resistance given by the prayer of shadow resistance spell of priests.

I don't know where this rumor came from, but full resists do happen on Deathwing.
