Can any1 elem or resto Shammy tell a macro to call tottems at once?
It's not a macro, it's a minor glyph. I think it's called Glyph of Totemic Encirclement but I'm not sure though.
Unfortunately you can't do it.
The glyph is only visual, you have to summon totems one after another.
