Merged account cannot log in/recover password/username

So, when molten came down i merged my account Lexgium after a few months when happened, because of that my guild mates stopped playing and suddenly so did I. Met some guys at college recommended this server and was going to log in to my account and puff it says it the information provided doesn't match any account, OK no biggie guess i have to start over, kinda enjoy leveling, anyway I cannot create an account with the name Lexgium because is already in use so I want to know if I'm able to recover my already merged account?

Actually I did. If your account is already merged then it should still exist. You can use that link to see if the account still exists, if account name is what you thought it was and to get a new password.

Then you can try to make a support ticket on website if you have another premium account or send email to [email protected].
