where is my old chars??

i was AT player i merged my account long time ago and still cant see my chars on account...
but i can see them on armory... wtf???
how do i get them back?

If they are on armory then they should be on the account also. Unless there is some bug. Are you on the right account and the right realm? Do you see the chars in character selection on websites store?

im on one and only account on warmane.. ive been in all realms...
still cant see them on my acc...
idk what website store is but i can see them on armory it says blackrock realm... ive been on that realm and still nothing...

On website select "Store", then select your realm and see if your chars appear in the list.

is it possible to see my chars on armory if they are not merged?
im 99% sure i did merg is there any way to check it to be sure 100%?
