If you're running Windows 10 , Windows should ask you via a security pop-up if you are trying to launch BitTorrent , check and see if the pop-up you need to click isn't minimized or if some high-level security on your machine prevents the program to launch.
You can try copying the download link by right clicking it and pasting it into BitTorrent as a link dowload.Quote:
